AM I READY TO START?

If you're not getting the results you want it's time to change the process. You can't keep doing the same thing over and over again and expect different results.

So, if you're up for putting in the work and being consistent with the training and/or meal plan.

Then you're ready!

One of the most important things to realise, is that there is no perfect time to start. Stop waiting for everything to fall in place before looking after your health.

HOW LONG DO THE TRAINING PLANS LAST?

Our personalised coaching option is a minimum 3 month lock in, this is to ensure sufficient time for us to start seeing results and building consistency. We are very flexible with your personalised coaching, should you require updates, changes to the program, how many days you are training etc. We facilitate these changes and act on them quickly.

We don't know what you don't tell us, communication is key to getting the most out of a personalised training plan, especially with online coaching.

WHAT ARE YOUR ONLINE COACHING OPTIONS?

We offer a variety of online coaching options.

We provide easy access to online coaching programs  through our FREE fitness app. These programs are easy to follow and already scheduled for you with additional information provided.

On Demand coaching: this option has your payment set up through our website or FREE coaching app. Your actual programs will be accessed through our VIP coaching app. You will have access to over 15 different programs that you can change absolutely any time, you will also gain access to additional resources.

Personalised Coaching: is our most premium service, this includes a personalised macro target based on your goals, a recipe pack uploaded to our custom app that is best designed based on your goals, weekly online check in through the app, a 100% personalised training plan to help you achieve your goals (this program can be adjusted any time).

IS THIS PERSONLISED TO ME?

Yes your plan will be 100% personalised to you providing you are are jumping on board with our personalised coaching. You will be asked specific questions during the qualification call to ensure we have as much information as possible, if you are a local to the Sunshine Coast our aim will be to get you in for a FREE face to face consult instead. This is not a generic cookie, cutter program. You will be asked about any injuries you may have, current and past exercise history, your personal situation/circumstance, goals, what you will have access to for your training and more, to ensure your training is specific to your abilities.

DO I REALLY GET ACCESS TO YOU?

Yes, really! Your plans will be accessible via our exclusive app. 

You will still also be directed to our FREE fitness app to utilise our free resources here.

We do also provide an On Demand option, this will be best explained in the "Online Coaching Plans" which will also provide you access to us.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM BOOKING IN WITH HARLEY OR EVE?

If you have a preference and you are following the link to booking in a 1 on 1 session, we need you to leave an additional note regarding who your preference is for booking in.

Keep in mind that most morning bookings will only be available with Harley.

Harley is not available for any afternoon bookings.

Eve has some availability on Wednesday mornings. Any afternoon / evening sessions are booked in with Eve.

I AM VEGAN/VEGETARIAN DO YOU HAVE RECIPE PACKS THAT CATER FOR THIS?

We have Vegan Recipe Packs available in our collection however at this stage we will not be adding more recipe packs to them.

We offer Vegetarian, Vegan, Low Carb, High Protein Recipe Packs and more.

There is a large variety of options available when it comes to our recipe packs. 

For those well versed in vegan options, it is very easy to utilise our Vegetarian Recipe Packs and make the few minor changes to cater for Vegan yourself.

HOW WILL ONLINE COACHING HELP ME REACH MY GOALS?

Having additional accountability and support are proven and effective ways to reach your goal in the most time efficient way. When plateaus kick in, you get frustrated and personal life challenges can leave you feeling demotivated - I've been through them all! Doing it alone makes it easier to give up when it gets tough but we are here to keep you motivated.
